The three-loop QCD $β$-function and anomalous dimensions

Abstract
The analytic calculation of the three-loop QCD $β$-function and anomalous dimensions within the minimal subtraction scheme in an arbitrary covariant guage is presented. The result for the $β$-function coincides with the previous calculation \cite{tvz}.
