Double Copy Relation for AdS

Xinan Zhou

TL;DR

The paper extends the flat-space double copy to AdS by formulating four-point amplitudes in Mellin space and exploiting reduced amplitudes tied to supersymmetry. It establishes a precise AdS color-kinematic duality in the gluon sector and shows that replacing color by kinematics yields AdS5×S5 graviton amplitudes, with a simple normalization relating N=2⊗N=2 to N=4 results. A non-supersymmetric bosonic sector on AdS5×S1 is shown to obey the same double-copy structure, confirming a bosonic AdS double copy via conformally coupled scalars. The work thus provides a concrete curved-space generalization of the flat-space double copy, with potential extensions to higher points and other AdS backgrounds.

Abstract

We present a double copy relation in AdS$_5$ which relates tree-level four-point amplitudes of supergravity, super Yang-Mills and bi-adjoint scalars.
