Abstract
Generalized solutions of the Cauchy problem for the one-dimensional periodic
nonlinear Schr\"odinger equation, with certain nonlinearities, are not unique.
For any there exist nonzero generalized solutions varying continuously in
the Sobolev space , with identically vanishing initial data.
